The second one is a cafe that was broken into, ransacked, and burnt down. The glass is all shattered, and the furnishings are gone, but it does have two working bathrooms! I think maybe if I clear out the wreckage, see if I can expand into the property behind it, then it could function as a tiny bit of the beginnings of a hotel! But, security wouldn't be great, because it was a cafe to start with. Also, the location is maybe even better!
