Art requires imagination. It invokes emotion! It's beautiful, or it makes you think. It contains a bit of the soul of the artist. It can be entertaining... but not always. And not every bit of entertainment isn't necessarily art. For example... some films are art! But other films are just mindless drivel. I'll be honest -- clownery may be the same as film! In that some is art and some is just simple entertainment!
