If you're new here, have a sheep cherub or imp slap a "HI MY NAME IS--" sticker on you, and frantically explain "DON'T WORRY, WE'RE WORKING ON IT, WE'LL HAVE YOU OUT HERE....AT...SOME POINT..." Wack. You're also told you're free to take the elevators up to Heaven or down to Hell. Good luck!

In the mean time--join the garden party that's going on! Or at least, it seems like a party?? Except all they are serving is pie. Apple pie. Blueberry pie. The classics. For you more Carnivorous types, there's stuff like mince pie, and...the name is smudged, but maybe don't eat that one unless you're a cannibal.

But along with a variety of normal pies, if you accidentally eat a weird pie, your character might experience the following:
Vinegar Pie - It's tasty but suddenly you're compelled to blurt out an Insult or ruthlessly tease the next person you see.
"Sweet" Potato - If you're a normally grumpy or aggro character, this pie will suddenly make you want to be more affectionate! This can be anything from wanting to hold hands or saying genuine nice things.
Humble Pie - Suddenly you feel complimenting or praising others and might downplay your own achievements, or insult yourself.

You can probably shake off the effects, but hey. Free pie!! ]


B) LETS GET READY TO RUMBLE (HELL LEVEL)
[TIME TO EXPLORE. Today in the Hell Level, the Hotel (Ho-hell? Helll-tel? Okay just Hotel) it's time for spring cleaning! Wait, didn't they just have that? An Imp says yes, but this is a different type of cleaning. Time to TAKE OUT THE TRASH!!!!

Which is to say, out of no where you might receive a PUNCH in the face by a local, or an imp! If the latter it's like being bapped by a sick little lamb. Still, even if a local punches you, you suddenly heal immediately? That's right, TODAY ONLY, this is a 'get into a scrap injury free' spring holiday, and you can rough house as much as you want with each other today in the Hotel, and NO DAMAGE will remain! Ever wanted to get cut in half and suddenly stitch back together? WELL TODAY'S YOUR LUCKY DAY.

If you're not into PG rated guro however, why don't you try exploring:
-The clubs! The nightlife in hell is FANTASTIC and genuinely fun!
-Games! Along with casinos galore, there are also normal arcades! Any game you can imagine, it exists.
-Or explore parts of Hell's Hotel that don't involve getting into a dogpile! ]


C) MARCH COMES IN LIKE....(HEAVEN LEVEL)
[TODAY IN HEAVEN THOUGH, there are advertisements for the ZOO!! A zoo in heaven?? Fuck yea!! But when you get there you see nothing but...........lions. And lambs. Just, everywhere. They aren't fighting though, but being super cute and soft and have tiny wings. You can pet them and pick them up--well the lambs at least. The lion might crush you. But you're dead anyway so give it a shot champ!!

Local angels explain that every 'spring' the zoo does this, and it's a sign of good fortune! You might wonder why you need good fortune in Heaven, but fuck it, when it Rome!! If you stick around long enough the zoo will change back to 'normal' and you can find other animals to gawk at.

If zoos aren't your thing though, check out heaven's:

[ waking up dead is NOT something that fizzarolli expected to be happening to him today, and, predictably, he kind of panics. not externally—okay, externally. he rapid-fires questions to the cherub that stuck a sticker on him until he has to stop because said cherub bails to jam a sticker on someone else's chest. ]

[ well, the worst part (right now) is that he sticks out like a sore thumb even more than usual here. that being, of course, since while he's still in his 'funky cool clown' outfit, it's completely white and gold themed instead of his normal colorful nonsense. also there's the halo, but he's trying not to think about that. he's getting looks and he notices them almost more than he ever has, but he has shit to do, people to find.

he steps right up to a promising prospect and, before they even turn around, says: ]

Hey, have you seen a big guy around? Blue/purple theming, rooster tail, one main face in the middle with a little face on either side...

[ he is making various gestures as he says all of this like he's explaining size and shape, but if you've never seen his giant rooster boyfriend asmodeus, they make absolutely 0 sense. ]

[ okay, fuck it all. there's a beach, and he's going to try and chill out on it. so that's what he's doing: laying on a chair on the beach with comically large sunglasses on. he'll only notice if someone's shadow blocks his sweet sweet sun rays, whereupon he'll crack open his eyes and squint. ]

[Normally Penny is the one with the rough edges, but she does have a sweet tooth! Which is why she helps herself to the sweet potato pie - a perfect treat for her oncoming mental breakdown! But after eating it, she feels... different. She wants to hug you. She wants physical contact with someone - even if it's just holding hands.]

Twilight isn't taking this well, to say the least-- grappling between shame for her magic-drunk rampage in front of every school in the tri-state area AND the fact that it somehow got her launched straight to hell? Her lifetime M.O. has been being the goody-two-shoes! She's a mathlete for christ's sake, and now she's sporting devil wings. Suffice it to say, she's really not having a good time with any of it.]

Twilight almost wants to stay dead just to fix this place up! Call it the world's most convoluted extracurricular activity. What we do know is that the Radio Demon is tossing out the flyers like confetti at a parade -- leaving them all over the table, stapling them to the trees in the garden, and handing them out in person. He's starting over from scratch, so he has to make sure it's done right!

And if you think you're safe in the elevators, hotels, or Heaven and Hell themselves? Think again. There's flyers all over the place there, too, including one slipped under the door of each occupied room. You may even catch one of Al's tiny little shadow minions doing the dirty work -- but they flee pretty quickly if bothered. Back in the garden, Alastor is schmoozing. He's given up on hiding or "removing" the new tail he'd gotten -- long and slender like an imp's, with a fluffy tuft of black and red fur and black spines at the end. Frustratingly, it just keeps growing back. Like a weed. So instead, he uses it to hold his microphone so he can hold even MORE flyers!!]

Yes, yes, I'll be giving tours of my new facilities later today, if you're interested. They're quite sophisticated, though I am still in the process of redecorating.

[ The relative peace that has settled over the garden is shattered by a frustrated shriek. The cause of the ruckus is one Verosika Mayday, who has just discovered that not only is she not in Hell, but she's also been the recipient of horse legs, fucking horse legs. Why in the fresh Hell is she a centaur? That revelation is the star of this segment.

This is his fault somehow, she'll prove it.

For now, one of her hooves scrape sharply against the ground as she folds her arms and pointedly looks around for the responsible party. It's one thing for her to show up to a place unannounced but it's another entirely when this trip to Wonderland comes with a heaping reminder of her past. She never signed on that dotted line. Before she can catch herself, she's brought back to the moment she first saw her credit card statement, and that it was maxed out not on debauchery but horse-riding lessons.

Whatever, fuck him. Still inwardly seething, she lifts up the phone she was given and begins scrolling through it to distract herself, running a hand through her hair to swish it over her shoulder. For anyone who approaches, they'll be glanced at briefly before she returns to the task at hand.

[ Thankful to have lost the centaur look, she's opted to return to her roots. While not the Hell she is accustomed to, where else would she be but partaking in back-to-back libations while melting into the tangled bodies on the dance floor? Man or woman, it doesn't matter, if she picks up on their energy, she is more than willing to indulge in a little teasing of her own to keep the mood going. They're so repressed here that she doesn't have to sing, not that that's going to keep her from climbing the charts again once she finds a foothold.

Roughly twenty minutes later she emerges from the crowd and finds a seat at the bar, crossing one long leg over the other as her coat slides down her arms to reveal her shoulders. A prominent heart-shaped tattoo with the name Blitz scribbled across it in an elegant script also makes a surprise appearance, despite the fact that a large black X covers it now.

She might not be famous here but pulling attention is still child's play. The pickings here are better than back home, she's on the prowl and doing very little hide her intentions. ]

[You know what they say, second time's the charm! Arriving in this immense garden the owl felt like he's been here before, though he couldn't place his talon on it. It felt like plucking on threads from a vivid dream he once had. The little sheep cherubs' little hurried speech was hauntingly familiar but before he could ask questions, a name tag was slapped in his chest plumes and they flittered away.

Well... he was not going to get any answers just standing around. Looking at his surroundings, he was not alone it would seem in his predicament. However, the nine foot goetia did kind of stick out like a sore thumb. Straightening out his shirt, Stolas waltz over to the table with all the different confectionaries to find someone to talk to.]

I beg your pardon, I know you must also be a fresh arrival but you wouldn't happen to have anymore additional information? Or just the quick hello from our.... hosts.

2-B ★ Taking out the Trash

[Traveling down to Hell, Stolas didn't know what he was expecting to fine. Certainly not the greeting he received once he walked into the Hotel. Almost instantly the large owl demon was swarmed in the lobby by its impish employees with brooms and mops claiming to be 'taking out the trash'. Stolas didn't even have time to complain before he was assaulted by a barrage of wooden handles around his lanky legs. This was certainly a... unique welcome, one in which of someone of his station was not used to.

Trying to avoid getting smacked on the calves, Stolas did a little tap dancing in place as he blinded down in confusion.]

E-excuse me! Is this any way to treat a gues-OW!

[A stray broom handle cracked him across the sweet spot on his bony ankle. Okay... welp, the goetia was trying to play nice, not wanting to hurt the locals but he really needed to get out of there...

... wait. Why did his magic feel... off? Reaching out to shift into his true demon form, the connection felt muddy. However, before he could experiment with his abilities, he staggered back to trip on a waiting vacuum cord causing the nine foot demon to fall flat on his feathery ass. Those little buggers were fast for in an instant the owl found himself hog-tied. Wasn't this a bit of deja-vu. Lifting their prize over their head, the imps started to cart him away.]

Hello? Via? Anyone? I don't know who all will receive this or if anyone I know from my Hell is here but this is Prince Stolas.

Can anyone tell me what in the Seven Rings is going on? I'm more accustomed to a more... 'polite' greeting than this. Why is it that upon my arrival that some of the inhabitants tried to take out my ankles? I don't mean to be rude if it's some local custom.

[Like many, many newcomers, Reigen Arataka (Greatest Psychic of the 21st Century) is befuddled and perplexed by his new appearance - he'd gone from a standard 179cm tall to a measly... what, 150ish? He was barely as tall as a middle schooler-- wait, that hardly mattered, because he wasn't even human anymore!!

At least he still had his professional looking grey suit? And being a grey fox he didn't look too ridiculous in it... the pink wings matching his tie is a bit much, though.

While he'd made a big, shouting fuss at the cherubs on first arrival, now, he was quietly eating pie. He's got a big ugly sticker reading "REIGEN, ARATAKA" on his chest.

[Reigen is, frankly, NOT looking to get dragged into a scrap thank you. Actually, he's scoping out these night dives - at first to warily gauge if he knows anyone here, but eventually he gets roped into some games. And while he's just playing normally, somehow, some way, rock-paper-scissors comes up - and suddenly this guy is making a Scene.]

But she gets over it pretty quickly when she sees what everyone else looks like. She's embracing the new look: blue-black horns, blue skin, tiny little black bat wings that look ornamental, and a sharp little devil tail. Thankfully, despite resembling a very angsty teenage Medusa, you're not going to turn to stone by looking at Kieran. His snake hair keeps poking Kieran, trying to rouse him from his trance.]

[ While grinning at them, the three extra pairs of eyes snap open and come to life on his forehead, making him look less like a disgruntled party clown and more like a horror show as some green smoke seeps out from between his teeth. At least he's found a ways to blow off any frustrations— namely, shooting games at the arcade, and if not that he's at a casino. Except rather than any traditional gambling, he's busying himself with a game(s) of darts, of which there happened to be endless. Every. Single. Throw. He keeps stepping further and further away, maybe obscuring his vision at times, just to possibly attempt to challenge himself more (easier said than done).

Crying quietly. Her smoke and shadow eye makeup in terrible streaks down her cheeks. It's the second time this decade, and she hates herself for it. Feels weak, and stupid. She's thirty fucking years old. Or... thirty years dead? Whatever. This is useless behavior.

But every time she tries to pull herself together, she thinks of those big green eyes staring up at her so loving and trusting and she has to fight the urge to vomit. ]

[ Some time later, Sally has gotten her shit together, a little. Some little sheep told her 'Hell' and that was hardly a surprise... what IS a surprise though, is the Free Rides Up or Down? That seems... sketchy. What's the point in classifying them if it doesn't really matter?

Well this contrary canary is going Up if she's told her home is Down, because Fuck Rules. Plus, she's got to see if they're telling the truth. And maybe she wants to look for someone in Heaven, too. And it... seems like they are?

Sure looks like Heaven, what with the pristine town, beaches, coffee shops galore. The extra eyes on everything is pretty fucking funny in a way no one else will likely understand. After some time spent exploring, she comes to her conclusion about the place pretty quickly:]

[... Okay, okay. Sally's never really been one for doing what she's told but... this place certainly is a lot more interesting! She's not overly fond of murderers and other unsavory types... but she is accustomed to the company of addicts, assholes, and adversaries. Maybe it shouldn't feel more like home down here, but it does.

Huh. Maybe there is some logic in splitting the planes, after all? The freedom to go wherever she wants is the ideal, but... if she HAD to choose one... it wouldn't be easy.

So in Hell, find Sally doing one of a couple things:
A) 'Window Shopping' for some supplies. VERY difficult to notice she's stealing unless one has very sharp eyes and very keen senses. She's been a low-key klepto for years. Comes with the territory of 'slowly crumbling dystopian society'.
B) In wild gardens, "green" (red?) space, or swamps/bogs hunting Flowers, Mushrooms, and Mutant Butterflies. She looks tiny and weak, maybe you want to help? Or meddle? Or see if she gets eaten? Probably not going to happen, but who knows?]

She fiddles with her phone a bit, but much more distracting is the sight of everyone around her. After some blatant staring into the crowd, she finally quips:]

I dunno, if these are the kind of people you have over here, you can take your sweet time sorting out that paperwork, as far as I'm concerned. This seems like a nice vacation ♥

[Well, she said that earlier today, but she is slightly disappointed that her hotel seems to be more about violence than lust right now. She realizes partway through the crowd that her magical powers of suggestion aren't even working 1% of the level they should be at, which is, to put it lightly, a problem for her self-defense prospects. She thinks maybe she can sneak past the crowd to find her room—

Only to find herself stabbed by a random aggressor in the crowd.

She shrieks, expecting to be bleeding out, in a bad situation... but once the initial burst of pain is over, she feels fine. And she looks fine, too! As the blade pulls out, she doesn't have a scratch on her.

Oh, well, if it's like that, then maybe it's all right. She laughs, loudly and incredulously.]
