It's fairly large, honestly. There's even two separate studios. [he leads Acht down the hall, gesturing as he walks] Over on the left, we have my office and a green room for guests... Over on the right, restrooms, an employee break-room, and a storage and electrical closet. And through here-- [he says, opening a set of double doors into an antechamber with windows looking into two studios on either side] -- are the studios themselves! The previous occupants had quite a collection of records, cassettes, and compact discs. I did have to dispose of anything digital, though.
