The first one is an abandoned concrete shell. It's empty, but there's indoor lighting: a few metal drums full of burning rubber that look like they've been there for... a while! It's lacking any other furnishings, and there's no plumbing, but it's a great location and sure to be defensible! You know, just in case. I just know we can fix the rest.
