I definitely think that more than one Kazuma would be a problem, but maybe a few more people that followed his ideals? Some of his principles are pretty progressive, even for my world. I think that he still holds to them in spite of his desires is what makes him admirable.
He just... uh... sometimes lets his desires compromise his principles which makes him less likable.
