"An hour is very close?" Such a confused expression. Klaus, the 16th century warlord travels at marching speed usually, and by horseback only when it's not with his entire army. Even getting from castle to town is about an hour trip! He's already reconfiguring his map of America in his head, trying to squish it smaller than it is on his globe and other maps to line it up with his idea of travel times and a mental overlay of Japan. "I thought America was huge? Like Godzilla proportions?" His mental map now has Japan at 5 times the size of the whole US 48 mainland states, but then he tries to fix it again, remembering cars are very fast. And shakes a hand through his hair. "Technology. I will have to find a Japanese person to ask how far an hour by car is using Japanese locations."
A huff again! "Of course I own hell, it is mine. I have to improve it and protect it the same as before." Japan 16th century =/= hell. Maybe it's a lost cause. He does brighten up though! And smirk lazily. "Yes, your very intimidating, sexy husband, I like the sounds of that." A lot.
He sighs, but obeys, resting his forehead against his stubborn spouse! "Fine. Daijobu. No biting or teeth until morning." Huff! And then back to lazy smirks. "I don't mind this, but I expect you'll be able to feel it all better without the protection."
