A: Garden Level - Fall IN!
[The garden is full of fruits and overflowing with milk and honey as usual, truly a paradise. But gasp, what's this? A PALLET CHANGE? Instead of the typical lush green, it's taken on more Autumn colors for Aesthetic^TM. It's still pleasantly warm as usual though, for current denizens and newbies alike, and it's gosh darn nice to hang out in.

But speaking of newbies and passerbys! If you pop in, you'll find yourself landing in a pile of colorful leaves. But these ain't no normal leaves!! Depending on the color, you may experience the following:

Yellow- Get energized nerd!! Despite just dying, you're suddenly filled to the brim with joy, and far more amicable to the first people you see.
Orange- Ever heard of love at first sight?? IT'S HAPPENING NOW. You may become absolutely smitten with the first few folks that help you out of your pile.
Red- Or the complete opposite! You're filled with the POWER OF AGGRO and ready to argue or fight with whoever you see first!

Or maybe you fall in a pile of mixed leaves that give you a combo of effects, or nullify the effect so nothing happens! Up to you. ]

B, Hell Level: Spooky Scary Skeletons
[Down at the HellRaiser hotel, it's already practically halloween 24/7, but now even more so! The standard hellish hotel amenities are available--massages, hot saunas, all the booze and drugs you could ever want, room service, etc!

But the perpetual night life is where it's at. In celebration of the most unholy season of the year (citation needed), the clubs are HOPPING and playing music loud enough it could raise the (un)dead. . .literally! You could be walking on your way back from getting a burger, and skeleton or zombie bursts from the ground! They might attack you or. . .try to get you to dance with them. Weird. Either way, don't linger too long, or they'll try to get you to go back further into the depths with them. . .

Alternatively maybe you're just accosted by some normal party demons/imps and dragged into a club. Have fun!]

C, Heaven Level: The Holy Spirit Halloween
[Heaven-side, the heavenly hotel is its normal, pampering self, complete with every luxurious amenity you could imagine. However, it seems some parts of the hotel are decorated with more. . .demonic accents??

It's not just the hotel either. Outside, spot angels in all sorts of costumes, ranging from black cats to silly godzilla rubber suits. That's right, TIS THE SEASON, and it's the only time angels get to indulge in more silly ~sinful~ desires! Is this cultural appropriation?? Don't worry about it.

As for you, if you're not chillin' at a cat cafe or the gorgeous beach or a coffee shop, you may find a cherub stuffing you into a silly costume. When in Rome!! You may also come across huge golden depots full of costumes, so feel free to shop around! The cherubs within will also see to your every need, as if they're extensions of the hotel as well]

This is about as fun as a head wound!

[ He says while being literally spun around, unable to get a moment of composure to summon his axe and smite these damn things. ]

But that doesn’t sound fun at a—ohhh.

Well, totally can’t relate, but I can at least help you out.

[Poppy puts her fingers in her mouth and whistles a loud, bright little pitch to get the skeleton’s attention. She dips into a slight bow while extending her hair to form a hand at Adam’s level in order to whisk him away. She looks to the skeletons playfully.]

Mind if I cut in?

[Hopefully they’ll be willing to hand him over]

[ The skeleton bows courteously…and indeed hands him over. But now there’s a crowd. And they expect a show. ]

…Oh no. They cannot seriously expect me to get down with a little troglodyte like you!

I’m a troll, thanks. But never mind that - you all want to see a show, right?

[She turns to the crowd, who claps and cheers, then looks back at Adam and wiggles the hair hand.]

C’mon. Just one little dance?? Pleasssseee?

You're certainly ugly enough for me to believe that, so I'll take your word for it.

[ This is the part where, in a brighter story, the curmudgeonly jerk is overcome by Poppy's sweetness, and convinced to dance, and made to have good, wholesome fun for the first time in his life.

But this is not that kind of story. ]

Fuck. No.

[ And with that, he summons his fiery axe and sends a wave of hellfire at a group of skeletons, charring them all black instantly. ]

[Poppy jumps back, just barely missing getting scorched by the edges of the fire.]

Well, that’s very rude.

[Is she talking about the insult or the flames? Yes.]

[ Adam laughs as the music screeches to a halt and the skeletons are consumed in flame.

…except what’s this? A scare chord suddenly plays, and the skeletons walk out of his fire, rhythmically snapping their bony fingers as they surround Adam and Poppy. ]

…The fuck is this, now?

[Poppy gasps, but it isn’t out of fear. No, she sounds elated! THINGS JUST GOT WEST SIDE STORY UP IN HERE (or did they???)]

Oh my GOOSSHHH are we about to have a full-fledged dance battle?! This is so exciting!!

[She’s snapping her fingers now, too, and mimicking the skeletons’ body language.]

Are you like, insane? Like. Clinically?

[ The skeletons keep advancing, stepping, all set to a jazzy tune. It seems like Poppy was right, though–They demand the pair step up, or face fiery retribution! ]

[Click, click. Spotlights turn on, highlighting the nearly surrounded duo.]

No time for name calling! There’s only one way out of this!

[Poppy nods with an intense look of determination and … begins to sing?! Oh God. Sorry Adam. At least she seems to be a really good singer?!]

♪ Spooky scary skeletons, send shivers down your spine! ♪
♪ Shrieking skulls will shock your soul and seal your doom tonight! ♪

[She busts out some sick moves to accompany it! After the first verse, she turns and points at Adam, passing the metaphorical dance baton to him.]

[ Oh, we have to sing? Fine. Adam can do this. He's sung before. He takes his axe, and plays it like a guitar.

Except it's not even remotely the same song Poppy was just singing. ]

♪ Cuz hell is forever whether you like it or not! ♪
♪ Had their chance to behave better, now they boil in the pot! ♪
♪ Cuz the rules are black and white, there's no use to try and fight it ♪
♪ They're burning for their lives until we kill them again...! ♪

[ Is there something...sad about how he's singing it this time? Because there definitely is. ]

[Poppy’s not gonna complain about the change in song! She’s honestly pleasantly surprised just to see him engaging and playing along. Besides, mash ups and medleys are the Trolls series’ bread and butter! Plus, the skeletons seem impressed! …Maybe. It’s hard to tell when they don’t really have faces to emote with.]

Hey, look at you go!

[She’s smiling broadly, but the sad quality of his voice isn’t lost on her. She’ll put a pin in that for later. For now, it’s time for another verse! She gestures to their skeletal audience.]

♪ We're so sorry skeletons, you're so misunderstood ♪
♪ You only want to socialize, but I don't think we should! ♪

♪ ‘Cause spooky, scary skeletons shout startling, shrilly screams ♪
♪ They'll sneak from their sarcophagus and just won't leave you be! ♪
