A: Garden Level - CLEAN UP CREW
[WHUH OH YOU'VE DIED AND ENDED UP IN THE GARDEN OF GOOD AND EVIL. A usually beautiful sight--this time it seems the water from heaven is spilling over! Watch your step or you might get a stream of ocean water cascading atop your head like a prop bucket.

The imps and cherubs are hard at work with a water pump tho!! They've got this, really. "Don't mind us, we're just--doing paperwork! Yep!! THAT'S ALL IT IS."

Reassuring. More alarming, you may have noticed that you've changed. Depending on your alignment, you may have more heavenly or hellish traits.............or just for May, you may have AQUATIC traits. That's not worrying!!

Well as some oldbies get teleported to the garden as well, maybe you can ask them some questions!!]

B: HECK-LING TIMES
[Now if you take the elevator down to Hell's Hotel, it's water free! However you may be IMMEDIATELY assaulted by some imps who try to jab you with a shiv. Standard hell greeting!! Maybe someone intervenes or maybe you can like, just punch them. The sheep imps ain't shit. The rest of the hotel is surprisingly nice though, and if you have a room assignment there, you'll find it honestly pretty accommodating.

BUT OUTSIDE? Oh buddy is it still flooded!! Some imps are working hard to pump the water out, but it has the added effect of creating whirlpools. Get sucked into one and not only will you be tossed and turned like laundry, but there's a chance a MEMORY will be tossed right out of you! This could be anything from forgetting your name, your bestie's face, where you live, whatever! Don't worry, the effect will wear off in a few hours, or until someone finds the memory and gives it back to you (in the form of floating seashells that will float near the whirlpools!)]

C: HEAVENLY SING-A-LONGS
[Take the elevator up, and you step in the luxurious Heavenly Hotel! And you may be IMMEDIATELY assaulted by sheep cherubs spritzing you with perfumes or colognes or dolling up your hair. They're here to serve!! Once you get rid of those pests though, feel free to explore the ludicrously divine amenities of the hotel.

OUTSIDE isn't nearly as flooded as Hell, though the local ocean has still expanded greatly, but instead there's a different problem...........there are crabs. And seagulls. And fish?? Singing. They're singing SO much.

You may find a chorus of sea critters at any point in Heaven abruptly bursting into a kiss-the-girl style musical, accidentally revealing a crush you might have, or a silly secret. Better hope passing angels and other residents aren't listening too hard! Of course you can just punt the annoying creatures away. Or eat them. That's an option too, sure. ]

-This TDM is open to all! For now, you do NOT need to join the comm to play in it!

[His quick assessment of the situation is that he's not upset about this fish-y creature calling after him, it doesn't seem all that dangerous and even seems familiar with him. Still, without a more clear read of the situation he doesn't want to just let an angsty teen go on his way.]

This place takes a bit of getting used to, and there's no shame in asking for help when you need it.

[He does step aside (and fold his massive angel wings behind himself) so that Ken can move by. But he's also stepping aside so he can reach down to pick up the creature calling after the boy. Gently, he doesn't want to hurt it before he knows what it is.]

Are you new here as well? [He's addressing Wormmon.]

[ Being picked up....is startling....!!

But this man is being kind, so Wormmon nods. ] Mm.

[ Ken, now snapped out of his funk enough to notice that Wormmon had been following behind (and feeling like utter dirt for losing sight of that for even an instant - worthless, self-absorbed him! but if he dwells on those thoughts, he'll make wormmon sad, won't he?), steps forward with his arms out to take the bugfish. ]

We came together. Our worlds are connected.....

[ Wormmon nods some more, intensely: Ken-chan is right! (Ken-chan is usually right.) ]

[He offers the creature with no fuss, if it's able to speak and isn't protesting that's good enough for him. Nanami would be introducing himself here, but he's interrupted before he can start by a chorus group of shrimp:

Oh~ Nanami-san~
Won't listen to our advice~
But does he know we know~
He thinks his angel wings look nice~?

His face twitches but doesn't otherwise react to the signing.]

I see. Do you remember what happened to you before you came here?

[ Ken frowns. ]

Not well. I wasn't in danger - [ wait, if he's "dead", better amend that ] - I wasn't aware of any danger, but....

[ Wormmon leans on Ken supportively. Did he fail to protect Ken-chan? Well, not again. If anything happens here, he'll, uh, he'll figure something out! ]

In any case. I can't stay here. There's things I have to do, and...

That the baby boy Kaiser thinks he belongs in Hell!~

[ ...are we sure these heavenly fish aren't sadists? ]

You'll be able to go back at some point, I'm sure. But there's been some difficulties so far. The best thing to do is stay calm...

[He makes the same twitch at the fish singing for Ken, it's a refrain that hits a little close to home for Nanami as well.]

And ignore the things that don't matter.

[He's trying not to pay attention to his little angelic chorus. Giving in and paying attention is what they want.

We think it's really funny~
But it wasn't much of a joke at all~
When you tricked the sin for money~

But he adds under his breath:] That is not what happened.

Hey, Ken-chan.

[ Wormmon tries to tug on Ken's shirt. It doesn't work very well, because fins, but points for effort. ]

Let's walk away. The fish bother the nice man, too.

That's right.

[ Ken smiles at Wormmon - thanks for the reassurance, pal - and turns to the man (Nanami-san?). Maybe this is forward of him, to an adult, but they are allies in the same predicament....and Nanami-san is trying to help him.... ]

I'm going somewhere - quieter. Would you like to come?

Of course. [He gestures ahead at the street they're on indicating a direction.]

There should be a nice place to get ice cream in a couple of streets in that direction.

[He stays a step or so behind and hopefully neither the kid he's escorting after or the fish-creature in his arms see him turn and stomp the ground where the fish chorus was so hard it leaves a crater.

I'm sure the fish are fine.]

[ Ken, fortunately, does miss this, though Wormmon shivers. Did he just hear a "thud".....?

Well, if Ken-chan's okay, it's probably nothing.

He does have to look back to check with Nanami-san later, though. ]
